Andrew got in touch very quickly by phone and arranged to survey the work before giving a date for the work. The work was quite difficult given the old house and solid walls but Andrew did a great job at a reasonable price for the work on the quoted date. Really appreciated his work and would recommend.

Brad accommodated our changed project plan, attending on a Saturday. Brad was chosen due to his creative solution to our electrical problem and has done a terrific job of implementing the solution. Always returned our advice requests so we would definitely hire him again if required.

Jim and Sam replaced our fence perimeter around our house and added a shed base at the back. They did a great job. It was not an easy job but they took their time to make sure they got it just right. They also did little extra touches to make it just right. Thanks guys. Really appreciate it. I would highly recommend them.

I can't recommend Istvan and his team enough. They have recently decorated our lounge and done an excellent job with a high quality finish. Their communication was excellent from the outset and they were reliable, always doing what they said they would do. This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. We had a broken window pane, Simon came out to measure and rang the glaziers there and then to give us a quote. As soon as the glass was ready 2 days later it was fitted and he took the old one away. Simon was lovely and polite, quick, efficient and friendly. Will use again.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

Dean turned up smack on time, carried out a thorough and detailed inspection, and provided a prompt quote for the work needed. Very co-operative, took pains not to interfere with the running of the Club, or the staff carrying out their duties. Most impressed.

We were really happy with the work Shane carried out for us. He stuck to the quote and time the work would cost and take. He arrived on time (even earlier than the time he said he would be with us which was a bonus)! Shane was very polite and we found him such a lovely person and would not hesitate in contacting him again.

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.
