After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

The building work that D and A Services conducted on my behalf was satisfactory and the people themselves were helpful doing additional bits of work that required attention and buying my choice of paint. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the paintwork that finished off the project. Particularly as I had specified that only professional tradesmen should apply. It was apparent that painting is not within their skill set and I now have had to hire professional painters to put things right.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. Stated he could do the work for £1100 I asked him to go and check his figuers make me a written quote, I also asked to see a picture of the bath and fitting he intended to use on my bathroom. And for some reason he never phoned or returned with the quote. A complete waste of my time
