After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Luke came to inspect my drainage system as my toilets were blocked and I could not find a manhole cover to try to manually unblock them. He was able to access the system through the soil pipe and flush and clear the drains, and he took photographs and videos to show me where the problem was. He came out very quickly and sorted the problem, and explained every step very clearly. He also charged me the price quoted over the phone despite it being a bit more complicated. Thoroughly recommend!
Chris did an excellent job fixing the pointing and brickwork on my house, he was friendly, reliable and did the work for a very good price. He also helped diagnose a water ingress problem at no extra charge. I would highly recommend him.

Steve did a great job and worked really hard over two days to get the job done. Very professional, protected all carpets and kept me informed all the way through the job. Very easy to contact and gets back to you every time. Arrived when he said and didn’t leave until he knew I was totally satisfied. Went through everything before he left to make sure I was ok with both the boiler and new wireless thermostat. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. We spent money on plumbers and surveyors in the past that could not figure out the cause nor fix the issue. Just glad we finally found the guy that did what he promised!
