I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. This job was paid for in full, and since being done I have had another company out to refit and replace doors. You were paid in full - it's strange how it's taken 6 YEARS for you to answer the review!?!?!?!

I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

City Glazing LTd fitted new windows in my tenanted house when I was away without air vent. He promised to come back and fit the ventilations. For nearly a year, the house is suffering from mould and condensation and he hasn't done anything,.

These people came and gave us a quote very promptly. Jennie was very helpful and polite on the phone. Marco turned up at the agreed time and did a wonderful job. Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Wholeheartedly recommended.

MNR provided a very responsive service. He went the extra mile to ensure I was totally happy. The great thing is he didn’t watch the clock, he put in extra time for the quoted price to complete the job even though he faced extra complications along the way.
