Turned up when they said they would, did the job and extra work I asked them to do. Kept the place as clean as possible when I said I had bad allergy. Would hire them again

Pleasant,polite,reliable & businesslike, Johnathan came over to see what was needed & gave a verbal quote which was quickly followed by a written one including date & time. He arrived promptly & worked quickly & efficiently. A joiner by trade, he made a good job of repairing the gate but wasn't afraid of working as a handyman carrying heavy things up from the cellar to the shed & cleaning down the rafters & walls thoroughly. Amazing job amazing lads couldn't be happier new windows and patio doors done in a day and very high quality, roof with skylight done in 2 days looks amazing all electrics done and cladding. The rubbish was picked up by 2 other cracking lads I would highly recommend if you want a professional job doing thanks guys.
Im a plumber with 18years experience, i do not touch heating systems as im not gas registerd, im reliable and respond with in 24 hours to view/fix problem. Carry most materiels on van unless its a specific item then that can be arranged.. I also do pvcu, door lock/cylinder lock changes
Giving 1 star as I initially contacted Tom in May about a sink replacement which he came out to us quickly and stated the sink we had bought wasn't correct and he would source one for us to fit. He asked for £100 as a "deposit" which I sent and he left. After several failed attempts to rearrange a fitting date Tom stopped replying to me and I had to threaten a bad review to get a response. I have given him more than enough of my time and patience but I am yet to receive a refund which Tom said he would do.

We believe that repairs of your existing windows and doors are usually a far more cost effective answer to replacements. We repair or replace all types of windows, doors and conservatories including Bi-fold doors, French doors, Patio doors, sash windows, casement windows, fanlight windows, roof windows etc. In our experience there is nothing we cannot repair. We can keep our costs down as we don’t have expensive sales and marketing in place. We rely greatly on word of mouth as this is the best form of advertising.

Avoid this company at all costs, Scott came round gave a quote then arranged a date to install 14 doors. Confirmed he’d got said doors and agreed an install date, I even confirmed the night before. Never turned up, ignored phone calls and texts - total waste of time. Looks like other people have also had similar problems on here looking at the other reviews.

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.
