Michael did a first class job. Talked through options explaining reasoning behind the choices. He showed me and checked that i was happy through all the stages. He was friendly and courteous and kept disruption to a minimum. I would definitely recommend him and use him again if the need arises. Thank you Michael.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Agreed to do the work and quoted a daily rate and start date, then before starting work advise that the job was too much for him and he would need to bring a friend. Arrived on the day and advised that his friends day rate was £40.00 more than we agreed. However we decided to go ahead and they completed the job (replacement of most radiators in the house). They did a good job and we paid them but they left without giving us a receipt, All subsequent contact from us went unanswered.

Keith is great to work with, he never say never, we keep adding on stuff to do and he's happy to do it with very reasonable price. what's more amazing is that he did extra work for us for free. I still call him to fix bit and pieces for me.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.

City Glazing LTd fitted new windows in my tenanted house when I was away without air vent. He promised to come back and fit the ventilations. For nearly a year, the house is suffering from mould and condensation and he hasn't done anything,.

came on 21st july, gave estimate and agreed job. said panels would be ready in 5 days. eventually fitted on 21st august, 30 days later One panel faulty(not noticed by john hall). Replaced this panel a week later, when he had to reverse panels, mas they had been fitted the wrond way round!!.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Wholeheartedly recommended.

We had bob and his team, jack and ryan in to do a dining room extention on the back of the house, also decking and a pagoda built. We are so pleased, they did an amazing job. Top quality. They were there every morning when they said they would turn up, everything was explained as it went along. Cleaned up every night.we cant recommend B&M Plastics enough. They were brilliant. Only builders we would ever use now if we needed work doing. A massive thank you to all that worked on our dining room and garden.
