Gurpreet fixed two steamed up windows where the seal broke. It was originally for 1 but the quote was excellent and offered the second for a small amount. Excellent work. Great price. But not excellent timekeeping or communications. I had to chase him several times. Most importantly, Great job. Neat and very polite. Will choose again. Thank you.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

Artur was very helpful. He did the work and left everything tidy and clean. He even moved things that needed to be moved and extra bits that needed doing at no extra cost. Frank and his sons have totally refurbished our house. We are looking forward to moving back into what feels like a new build house. Very pleased that the work was completed on schedule. We had on going discussions on budgets and costs and Frank was always willing to adapt as required. If anyone is looking for a good family business to do a refurb this business is certainly one to consider.
