At no time were you told not to tile that area, that is absurd, why would we want an area not tiled. On the quote it was stated that you would remove old tiles and make good walls, having spoken to 4 companies since they all stated the same, this would mean plastering the same, we paid extra for this. Something to be considered when writing your quotes. The receipts for materials, second amount, never materialised. You were paid in full regardless.
Alton Services built a 2-storey extension for us and we were so delighted with their work they went on to refurbish our bathroom, completely refurbish my mother's new home and build a conservatory. Very unprofessional and had no idea about any of the plumbing or electrical work based on my personal experience as the the guy AK is not qualified as a plumber or a builder and relies on a couple of guys who had problems to understand work details hence they often argue with AK about the work and the agreed labour cost therefore they wasted my time and I had to hire someone else after wasting my time with them. Please avoid at any cost to hire this AK company .
