They are paid a salary and not per job, so there is no reason for them to rush. You’ll know them by their first names by the end of the job and there isn’t anything that would be too much trouble for them to undertake. Because we are new we need you to be our spokes people and do our advertising for us by telling as many people about how good and how we kept to our promises. We keep our costs low. No pushy sales teams no sales managers , just one employee that will price your work in a professional manner. Not only we he leave you a quote you have as much time as you need to think about it, once you are ready our surveyor will come measure and design you bespoke windows and doors to the exact measurements. We will give you a date and stick to it. We have kept our costs as low as possible and have secured a great deal from our suppliers to pass on to you. I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Wholeheartedly recommended.
