We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

Jeff did a fantastic job for us converting a window into French doors and creating an outside covered deck. The work was completed on time and at the agreed price. Everything was very tidy and a great quality of workmanship. Jeff was able to bring up many points to be considered based on his experience which ensured that we had the desired outcome. I would not hesitate in recommending this company, and we intend to arrange for further work at a future date.

The work carried out by John Ward was excellent. His advice was invaluable. When the original floor was removed we had a damp problem. John resolved this problem with good advice and the new solid wood floor was fitted with excellent precision. My wife is very pleased with the completed floor. David responded to my advert very promptly, came to assess the work needed and was able to start the next day. He works meticulously and has high standards. I was delighted to find someone who would undertake small jobs for me that had built up such as grouting, hanging a mirror, sealing around windows and fitting a pane of glass in an internal door. In the future I will certainly be contacting him to quote for a new lounge window. He left everywhere clean and tidy and I would certainly recommend him.

So Dale did a grouting and sealant job for us, was good in that, but after that acted quite strange, delayed multiple appointments, wouldn't pickup calls, wouldn't respond to messages, would give wrong information. So if communication and staying up to date is what you need, look somewhere else.

Needed several small jobs completing, lots of tradespeople wouldn't even consider quoting due to this, but Paul quoted & completed the jobs on the date promised to a good standard. More than happy, will use again in the future.

I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.
