We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

The work carried out by John Ward was excellent. His advice was invaluable. When the original floor was removed we had a damp problem. John resolved this problem with good advice and the new solid wood floor was fitted with excellent precision. My wife is very pleased with the completed floor. Rob contacted us promptly and gave an instant quote. The price was good and included the doors and fittings. He arrived on time and got stuck in straight away. Don’t think the job was straightforward as ours is an older house with all the problems that can bring but this didn’t faze him. He completed the work inside six hours and cleaned up after. Just a bit of hoovering to do. He did an excellent job and the doors look amazing. Would contact him again if we need anything else Would definitely recommend Rob

Turned up when he said he would, stuck to quoted amount exactly (which was inside my original budget). Task completed exactly as I described even though I wasn't there to oversee on the day. Easy to deal with, reliable, trustworthy, can't ask for much more in the situation at all.

Needed several small jobs completing, lots of tradespeople wouldn't even consider quoting due to this, but Paul quoted & completed the jobs on the date promised to a good standard. More than happy, will use again in the future.

Great work done by Andrew at a reasonable price for a new cupboard to hide the gas meter and 2 shelves in the pantry and he also fixed my kitchen cupboard door which I have been without for a year would highly recommended

A very professional job. David was extremely helpful in suggesting a suitable replacement for our old en-suite shower. The finished product exceeded our expectations.
