The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

We especially appreciated the photos taken on the roof, as we could see the damage and work in progress for ourselves (brilliant idea). Absolutely delighted with both Chris and the decking he has built. He arrived when he said he would, kept us up to date with progress and was a pleasure to work with. He's a tidy worker despite having to work in a small and hilly back garden. Would highly recommend.
