Absolutely wonderful guy. Prompt, respectful, took his shoes off even though he didn't need to, he was polite, he listened and he showed absolute skill in what he did. He used his laser thing to get everything perfect, chose to cut outside, (in the dark ) the dado and cleaned his mess up, he was quick, skilled and efficient. We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!
