I recently had a new electric oven and hob installed, which also required sorting out the junction box and safely removing the old gas oven, hob, and gas piping. We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Boyd completely redecorated the house before we moved in. He is very conscientious and all round great professional with very high standards. He repaired some of the window frames before painting repaired some of the walls which were pockmarked with numerous holes and damaged with badly applied wall paper. The walls the windows and the doors look like new. Definitely recommend and will reuse. Great painter and decorator and an all round handy man.

The quote I received was considerably lower than other quotes, (although other quoteds were for bespoke wooden wardrobes built from scratch). The product provided exceeded my expectations, and represents good value. The job was completed on the days agreed and in a quick and professional manner. I am delighted with the new wardrobes, and would have no problem reccomending the firm. They need to sort our t a few gremlins with their website, but I know this is ongoing.
