Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.
Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Bernard is a true expert in his trade, he has a wealth of knowledge. He is easily contacted, we arranged a quote, luckily he had a gap in diary & could do the work within a week (rain coming through your kitchen ceiling is never good!) His quote was very reasonable. They had to do a work to resolve different ground levels in our garden and between us and our neighbours. They replaced fencing and posts to. They were a great bunch, turned up when they said, listened and turned my idea in reality. Cannot thank them enough, I was impressed with their workmanship, hard work and commitment to complete the job.

Updated review for 2024: Hired Mark to plaster my hallway and stairs. The stairs and ceiling are okay but the hallway is shoddy workmanship which is uneven and has trowel marks in it. Mark has unfotuntely refused to come back and told me I am just 'making a fuss'. I feel like he got his money so, now isn't interested in doing the decent thing - shame on you Mark. DO NOT HIRE IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH FINISH!
