John and Ian were first to reply to my add and turned up on site within a few hours to give me a quote. They started work that afternoon and completed the next evening (I had been waiting over 3 months for the builder who I fired to complete these jobs)! Lovely blokes, extremely professional, great quality work and very punctual. Could not recommend them enough! I will definitely be using them again for any further maintenance.

We had dan and his team remove and add to our extention on back of house. Adding bifold doors vaulted roof with velux windows new roof and all electrics , radiators and walls and ceiling were done for a excellent price and time scale it was done in was excellent . They did what was asked to the letter and came back and addressed the snags straight away excellent service.

Best tradesmen I have ever used - good price, reliable and they did a great job. They also had a wide range of skills and could do additional jobs I required. They had great ideas and were also very clean - always tidied up each night and even brought their own kettle and coffee. I would definitely recommend them and am happy to provide a reference.

Good quality work despite a few days when things wasn't quite as easy as we thought it would be. Flexible for some extra work to be added as the job progressed. Would have been nice to see receipts for materials bought and used. However, would recommend.

Very professional, flexible and reliable service. Price was excellent given the high quality finish. The tradesmen were very polite and we were more than happy to leave them alone in the house. They protected carpets and flooring throughout and left the work area very clean and tidy. Phil was excellent at doing our gardening work. His quote beat others. He was prompt and kept us informed of every stage he was doing. Very polite and nice person. The finished job was excellent and everything was left tidy. Definately recommend him and Evans and Co. Property maintenance.

I had a problem with my roof leaking and it wasn’t a straight forward fix, the problem was misdiagnosed by 3 other roofing companies before John came and had a look and correctly told me what the issue was. As far as the company goes I cannot fault it, he was in constant communication with me throughout the whole job, work was started and finished really quickly and the site was left as clean as it was before he started. Also he was very competitively priced. Would use again and would recommend to anyone.
