Anthony quickly completed the task and immediately called to urge me for feedback. He verbally promised to send me the invoice that evening, and at the time, I gave him a good review. However, I have yet to receive the invoice and receipt despite multiple reminders via WhatsApp and email, to which he has not responded. That is why I change my review.

Sharp Roofing & Solar provided a competitive quote following a site visit and fairly detailed inspection. Their communication was good and they kept us informed of changes to the schedule (delays due to rain) and progress. They were punctual and the standard of their work was very good and the finish was professional. They were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was an underestimate of the cost of materials (lead). Otherwise a very good job.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. When they came round to give me the quote they took the time to properly investigate the loft and talk through the extent of the problems and what needed doing. When they identified additional problems after having started they gave a fair price for the work involved. However I had to oversee the work completion myself via Google Translate due to no instructions and poor communications to the work team.
