After all the storms we found our lead flashing was weak and as a result water came in to the property. We contacted Duncan Hood via Rated People. He turned up when he said he would, he did a temporary fix which we paid a £50 call out fee for (which he later deducted off the final bill) - he came back within a week and fixed the leading to a very high spec. Duncan is reliable, punctual, polite, and good value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. A great job and a nice bloke.
Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! During the work Jack was excellent and his work is of superb standard. He arrived promptly every day and worked extremely hard. I was always kept up to date with what was going on and was listened to for all aspects of the design and layout. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again; they'll be doing my kitchen soon!

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.
