Charles was really communicative right from the start, he quickly phoned to discuss the project, then came back with a price. It was only a small job (cementing, few tiles cracked, calling off a chimney and some repointing of bricks) but he did it the following day, sending me photos so I could clearly see the before and after of what he had done (as I couldn’t get up on the roof). Great job, would recommend and will use again in the future

Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
