Got in touch really quickly & had the quote same day they came to discuss the job... had the work done, though had to wait on some scaffolding to be put up (don't forget to add that to your budget if you have a extension/conservatory)... communication was excellent all along the line, knowing the situation, timings, etc.. Work completed with only a couple of hiccups, but nothing major... definitely will use again...

Work not as agreed for quote, with slates spread out to cover for not being replaced. Very poor standard of workmanship from a man who was convincing and fast to view and quote. Very disappointed.
