Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Turned up as arranged and completed the job there and then to a high standard. As a customer of Rated People do not be tempted to over-price your job as the tradesmen get charged according to the budget you set, which for a small job can be a large percentage of the price you pay him.

James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. We feel very lucky to have found such a nice bloke who does a real quality job. Unlike a lot of builders James does a full day's work and is very conscientious and charges a fair price. We can't say enough about him and would recommend him in a heartbeat. Ken and Julie.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Bob came to give me a quote and explained what needed doing. On the day he did a great job and pointed out what else needed doing. He fixed the extra bit that needed doing on the day. The cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Roof Revive again f I needed to do so

Steve has done an excellent job fitting eight internal doors in our home. Very professional and hard working. His quality of workmanship is first class and at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend Steve and would not hesitate to use him again if needed.

We used MBBC to build a porch on our house. Robin was great in his comms, from survey through to completion we always knew where we were with him. He has a confidence in his knowledge that really helps to put your mind at ease, even when we discovered a potential problem he came up with a solution really quickly. We’re really pleased with the porch now it’s built. Robin has a good set of guys, hard working and friendly, especially Brett who was on site for the most time.

Fantastic set of builders. They undertook extensive repairs to the roof, guttering and chimney stacks, all to an excellent standard. Internally, they removed and disposed of the plaster from two large rooms, plaster-boarded and skimmed, again to an excellent standard – the plaster is as smooth as marble! They also resolved ad hoc problems as they came to light, at no extra cost. They cleaned up after each day’s work (including the pavement outside) and removed all debris. And … they finished the job on time and on budget. Being new to the area, I had been wary of employing unknown builders. But I have been left impressed beyond all expectation!

We spoke to a few firms about re-roofing our house, and whilst Lovatt's weren't the cheapest, we felt comfortable with hiring them. The work was finished to a very high standard, they were highl,y communicative throughout, keeping us up to date with any issues, and they were extremely professional, cleaning up after themselves as they went. The job overran slightly, as we experienced really bad weather for a week or so, but I can have no fault with them or their work. Highly recommended!

Having employed the services of many different tradespeople over the course of the last 50+ years I am totally thankful for choosing TD Services to remove the old and rebuild a large decking area of approx 70sq metres. Dom said it would take three weeks and he was very true to his word. I can honestly say that Dom and Jordan are two of the most methodical, competent, tidy, professional workmen I have ever had the pleasure of contracting to work for me. AW Home and Garden expressed an interest in doing work on our guttering and downspout and replacing a post for our washing line After a conversation with them we agreed a date and cost for the work. They arrived at the agreed time and asked about the job to ensure that they understood exactly what we wanted. Throughout the work they showed great consideration for us and our property. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had our flat roof replaced with Firestone rubber. A very professional and thorough job was carried out. The price quoted was also far less than other quotes received. I would recommend this company.

Tony was extremely efficient, polite, hard working and willing to tackle the job immediately, He even offered to work on a bank holiday and to travel an hour to do the job. His price was very fair. I am very pleased with the result of his work and. would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
