We had 3 quotes for the driveway. Premier seemed to know what we wanted and offered a good price. They said it would be done in 3 days and it was. A really good team who were more than polite, not stopping for anything. A job which was a little more difficult than expected. I would definately use them again and would always give their name to people who need a driveway done. Quick, clean, extras done without a fuss, very polite workforce. What is there not to like. Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

Kinda hard sellish, which wasn't huge fun. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then a surveyer turned up to check the place out. Hadn't been told what we had said to sales about diggers not having access. Didn't look properly or measure access points. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then phoned on Saturday eve asking if they could start Monday. Then turned up with a digger they couldn't get in.

Came out to quite rapidly and price seemed decent. So many reasons not to make agreed time to do work across a month, until I finally gave in trying to get him to do the work. Me chasing night before to be told wouldn’t be there next day, as opposed to him letting me know.

It would be ideal if i could leave pictures as to the stat of my home and the damage this contractor caused. i had to get ride of this contractor and find an alternative. This has cost me double what it should have as i had paid this contractor the majority of his invoice then had to employ another to correct the work. please check the users tax filing on company house (which have not been completed) and the fact they have been expelled from the federation of master builders. not recommended

The firm quoted from photos. When they eventually turned up (missed one booking and 2 hours late for the next) the guy was on the roof for 2 mins before more than doubling the quote. We felt pressured to pay, it was very stressful. They then offered a discount for cash. We have not received a receipt or a copy of the 10 year guarantee we were promised. We paid best part of a grand for 2 hours work. Don’t be a mug like me get several quotes from reputable people.

Shocking after sales service - suggest to avoid at all costs. Spent almost 3K on various roof repairs and upgrades, one of which was adding dry verges to house and garage. Some of these blew away within 2 days and despite promising to re-fix on many occasions they have failed to follow up on thier promise and alleged 10 year gaurantee. This is shocking, especially condiering they advised it would only take 1 hr to fix. Legal action seems inevitable.

Not trustworthy. Told me he was running a limited company, then when I asked for details, told me the company number is his telephone number! Told me he would supply an invoice for payment, but didn't. Instead just sent a text with his bank details. When I queried about the invoice he said , it will come after payment. No surprise, invoice didn't turn up. And when I called/texted/emailed he just ignored me. I don't trust all of the work was done, but i wasn't able to supervise as I'm not nearby.
