Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.

During his initial visit Caleb provided me with a detailed explanation of the issue and a quote for the work to be carried out. He was able to start within a couple of days which worked perfectly for me. Whilst carrying out the initial work Caleb also noticed a couple of other issues that he kindly provided detail on and quotes for. I hired them to fix a long-standing leak; initial communication was good. The repair, done by what seemed like subcontractors, was shortly followed by a new leak. They denied responsibility, but an independent inspection found clear deficiencies. They had also promised 15 years warranty, but failed to provide promised papers despite multiple requests, and have since ignored all communication. Considering legal action.
