Tommy and his team did a very good job on our roof tile replacement which was carried out along with our semi-detached neighbour. They carried out the work efficiently and at a reasonable price which included pointing repairs to the chimney where we were experiencing rainwater leaking in. The team were polite and friendly and we were kept informed on the progress. They worked continuously on the job which was completed in seven days and even retiled a small extra porch at no extra cost. Very happy!

I had a good, written quotation, to which they kept and which was not at all unreasonable. This company provided a quote without visiting our property. Their quote was 3x our lowest quote and 2x our highest. Not sure why a company 43 miles away would want to quote for a relatively small job. I feel that the reasons for such a high quote was that either: A: they didn’t really want the job B: I would be paying over the odds for their travelling 43 miles. All that said, until I manage to get three quotes for the insurance company, I cannot move forward anyway.

The team first gave a competative quote for the work. A good start! They turned up on time, and then paid attention to my requirements before starting the job. They worked hard and efficiently together to get the job done. 7:30 AM to 18:00 without a break. The result was to professional standards. Would I recommend them? Yes, very much so! In fact I'm already planning to get them back to do another project for me. I think that statement really says it all.

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

I have been a roofer for over 25 yrs working on many projects including the late Margaret thatchers house in Dulwich Park with my father whom I started with. Also we have done Dorking winery which was 900 thousand tiles. 25 yr guarantee.
Didn't fix problem. Asked them to come back. They arranged a time and date and didn't show. Had to get another company to do job.
They made contact quickly but I was already happy to discuss the job with another company so didnt pursue this contact.
