We had a fast response from Weatherwise. The problem turned out to be more serious than we'd thought, and Weatherwise were able to carry out extensive roof repairs immediately. Subsequently, after heavy rain, we had a problem with one of the new gutters and reported this to Weatherwise who were very quick to come and put things right. I booked in these guys to replace a slipped tile. I took a day off work to be home on the alotted day and turned down other quotes. They confirmed they would attend when I asked to double check.. Then they stopped replying to messages and they didn't show up on the day. I called and was brushed off with excuses, but they gave no offer of a new time or any further communication. Pathetic service. Would give only 1 star but I can't comment on roofing skills but with their attitude I expect they are not good.
