Hired to fix my guttering and they have done a brilliant job, they came to check and work out what the problem is and gave me a reasonable quote, they arranged a date and time to carry out the work and the leak and guttering issues are completely gone. Would highly recommend.

Charles was really communicative right from the start, he quickly phoned to discuss the project, then came back with a price. It was only a small job (cementing, few tiles cracked, calling off a chimney and some repointing of bricks) but he did it the following day, sending me photos so I could clearly see the before and after of what he had done (as I couldn’t get up on the roof). He gives good prices, but in the end leaves you hanging. Luke replastered the whole house, but some of the work was sloppy. My living room wall is still covered with bumps, which he was supposed to fix before his dad redecorated. His dad painted right over them. This is just one of several problems. So then Luke asked for an early payment and that he would sort all the problems I raised and until then I can hold off 100 pounds. He has since buggered off. I call him, I now get voice mail.
