The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. These remarks from Sergiu are exactly what I suggested in my very positive first review of his work. Unfortunately he lacks professional communication skills. He loses proffesional boundaries and makes it very personal, it's a cultural and language issue made worse by his righteousness. This has been very upsetting. His attitude comes across as aggressive and his behaviour is defensive...I wish Sergiu well, because his work is excellent, just get off on the right foot and all will be well????
