I placed the add on rated people & got a call back the same evening from Tony. He came the next morning, provided me with a quote & got the job done. The work completed appears to be of good quality. Tony was down to earth and open to discussions providing me with options. As with all jobs,, ensure you have a rough idea of costs for materials, fuel/distance and number of workers. Do your research and obtain at least 3 quotes from other tradespeople.

We spoke on the phone, I took photos and arranged for the job to be done today, 10th December, no text , call granting and no show. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Roy was quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable about the construction of my property and the work that needed to be done. He also completed the job quickly and to a good standard. Would happily reccommend to others and use again.

Kinda hard sellish, which wasn't huge fun. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then a surveyer turned up to check the place out. Hadn't been told what we had said to sales about diggers not having access. Didn't look properly or measure access points. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then phoned on Saturday eve asking if they could start Monday. Then turned up with a digger they couldn't get in.

They ruined my kitchen cut holes where there didn't have to be holes I'm disabled and stuck ìn bed They left me with no water or electricity an noway to cook for a week in this heat I've had to buy new cupboards an pay à plumber electrician an joiner as well to fix there mess if I could give them no star I would

It would be ideal if i could leave pictures as to the stat of my home and the damage this contractor caused. i had to get ride of this contractor and find an alternative. This has cost me double what it should have as i had paid this contractor the majority of his invoice then had to employ another to correct the work. please check the users tax filing on company house (which have not been completed) and the fact they have been expelled from the federation of master builders. not recommended

Abysmal level of work, ran off with £25000 of our money!

Job started off well but there were issues afterwards. Walls are not level, the pointing is not right and the opening of the doorway is way out of level. They have not filled in block work joints on the outside and rainwater is seeping in. I have to pay for another bricklayer to put everything right. Would I recommend these guys? No chance.

Phil came on the 20th of September. We supose to have a quote in 2 days. Today is 11th of September and we still waitting. Dont bodered to contact them. We will never again trust someone with no ratings.

Over-charged for the work carried out and poor workmanship., resulting in two newly installed gutters and a downpipe leaking badly. All work will require replacing by a reliable and more reputable company, based on recommendations from our own contacts.

Took a chance on using a company with no rating and now paying the price! Gutter repair work carried out and less then 24 hours later the same damage and same faults reappeared. Invoice came with a '7 year guarantee’ contacted them to return and repair their own repair work and although an appointment was made they never turned up and are now not responding to calls, texts or messages
