In reality no star deserved. Only tapped to gain access to give rating. Preventative action on an old non-leaking flat roof left us with three water stained ceilings. Result we need another company to rectify leaking flat roof and joint betwee flat roof and sloping main roof..In addition end caps to main roof and pigeon protection system both failing. Avoid this company.
Chris did a great job on my flat roof; replacing the old felt roof for a new GRP fibre glass one, including replacing all the boards, facias and guttering. He is reliable and will explain anything you want to know about the job. He is very organised, works hard and tidies up afterwards.
We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.
