I cannot say at this time if the problem has been solved, as the damp marks on the bedroom walls will obviously not disappear immediately. Patrick has now contacted me re the still leaking roof explaining politely and apologetically the lack of contact was due to a family illness problem - and has refunded the cost of the failed part of therepair. My initial negative review was borne out of the frustration you might expect with rainwater literally running into the bedroom.
