I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. Very disappointed with the work. Since then, the roof has leaked on four separate occasions within 20 days, despite your guarantee of a 20-year lifespan. I had to find another team to rework the entire roof and pay the same price again.
These young people appeared as promised and undertook a contract of work. They were very likeable young men. Sadly it became apparent that they couldn’t fulfill the job they agreed to do. Indeed it saddens me to say that they did a bit more damage than they fixed. They did promise to rectify this but I haven’t seen them in a fortnight. So whilst I would be glad to see them again. I don’t think I will.
