Pleasant,polite,reliable & businesslike, Johnathan came over to see what was needed & gave a verbal quote which was quickly followed by a written one including date & time. He arrived promptly & worked quickly & efficiently. A joiner by trade, he made a good job of repairing the gate but wasn't afraid of working as a handyman carrying heavy things up from the cellar to the shed & cleaning down the rafters & walls thoroughly. We’ve been helping people to improve the look of their homes, or to fix a simple leaky guttering, or help in more urgent matters when the leaks are coming into the home. We take as much care and pride in both our small quick installations as we do in our 2 week projects. We understand this is your home and shall treat it in this way. We won’t take any deposits on work under £10k and are happy to collect photos during the installation if you can’t be home whilst the work is being undertaken. I myself have been working in my industry for 22 years and we also have access to highly experienced tradesmen who help where needed.

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

Very professional and very efficient. From first quote that came complete with full work schedule payment plan and insurance details to the finished project that was done quicker than we expected.
