We were contacted quickly by the roofer and he came very quickly to have a look at the job that needed doing. That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! We are absolutely furious with this builder’s unprofessionalism and incompetence. A simple three-week job—adding a stud wall, a doorway, and modifying a window—dragged on for over three months. He repeatedly promised to show up, then ghosted us, forcing constant schedule changes. He made careless mistakes, charged extra to fix them, and took weeks just to paint a door—until we dismissed him. We had to redo parts ourselves. A complete waste of time, money, and patience. Avoid him at all costs.

From start to finish, Michael and his lads did an excellent job of replacing my roof. Aside from the quality of their workmanship which was great, what impressed me most was Michael’s willingness to communicate with me every step of the way where he’d explain exactly what they were doing, how they were doing it, and when they would do it. The very fact that he’d frequently send me pics and videos of the work in progress helped to put my mind at rest
