Provided a verbal quote, mentioning the need to take surrounding tiles off in order to refit the loose tile. This didn't happen. The guy was up the ladder for less than 2 minutes, and simply pushed a new tile into place. Cash payment, no receipt.

Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Peter installed the pipe as well as cleaned the gutter, and plugged up some gaps in the boards, waterproofed and sealed another board, and went above and beyond cleaning my conservatory gutter. This was in addition to my initial request. Will definitely call on him again in future.
