Mike was the first to respond to my posting and he was polite and very helpful even on the phone before inspecting the job. He was flexible around my availability and has done exactly what was needed and even touched up the paint on my ceiling around the new fan without extra charge. There isn’t enough space on here to describe how happy I am and stress free Rob and his team made the process. I had a major extension to the rear and side of the home which meant I wasn't able to use the bottom area of my home at all. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.
