Tony got in touch to price the job very quickly and I was happy with the quote. Due to a few issues we had rearrange dates a couple of times, however Tony did complete the job on a Sunday to get it done and completed which I thought was great. I have not had a chance to inspect. I am a landlord and the work was carried out on a tenanted property. But there were no complaints from the tenants so that in itself is a good sign. Brian is a real Pro, a landlord himself, he understood what my needs were and gave good value for money. He also made arrangements direct with the tenant to gain access.
