OUR QUOTED PRICES FOR CCTV & ALARMS ARE ALL FOR "SUPPLY & FIT" PROJECTS and come with a MINIMUM 12-month guarantee. However, it is essential that a 10-minute SITE SURVEY is carried out with each job quote as all properties are different. The SURVEYis FREE. WE ALSO FIT CLIENTS' OWN EQUIPMENT. Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Matthew was the first to contact me once the ad went out. He was able to pop round the next day, source a difficult to find replacement fan, and fit it the day after he received it. And with a smile!
