He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

We hired Ryan to rewire our whole house and he did the job to a professional and high standard in just over 6 days including working on the weekend. Ryan didn’t hesitate to answer my many questions and he kept us updated throughout the whole job. Ryan is a knowledgeable and trustworthy guy who fulfilled all our expectations. He is definitely more reasonable in price than other quotes we had. We would highly recommend him for any small or major works and use his services again.

David and Matt took a detailed look at the problem when quoting: hard to see from the ground so they took digital photos to explain what was needed. They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. The site was left very tidy and David and Matt took a 'can-do' approach to difficult site access. Highly recommended!

The lights went out in the kitchen. I contacted Micheal who arrived on time as arranged, he located the first issue and repaired and then saw an extension lead that was getting wet, he fitted a socket on the wall. He ensured that the fuse box was working at full capacity. I found Micheal to be very professional and friendly, good communication on work carried out, explained in layman terms. Left the area clean and tidy. I would definitely contact Micheal for any future work.

Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.
