We hire Lee for three separate jobs based on his excellent feedback. He is initially very responsive and competitive. However all jobs have had to be reworked. One of those jobs resulted in a fire. Lee requested my bank details to repay me for fixing the work. I am still waiting 4 months later. AVOID

Asked £75 to change a fuse, didn't have a fuse with him and connected door telephone wire I thought he will give us a quote first. He asked £75 and said that's going rate. After some heated conversation settled for £40. Won't recommend. I ended up fixing the problem, then realised new telephone only costs £25.

Arrived approx 1 hour after phoning. Team of 3 worked hard. Work was a good quality and they stayed late to finish the job. Cleaned well after finishing.

It was perhaps a small "bitty" job with a few complications (my fault) along the way but it was completed in time with good communication and expertise. It was done exactly as I requested at a good price so I have no hesitation in recommending.

This family have been marvelous, getting a very urgent collection sorted out for me mega quickly, so that l would not lose my property permanently (which was likely to happen imminently), and which would have caused me great distress. I am very pleased with the work that Alan did for me and I would highly recommend him. Alan responded to my ad and arranged a time to visit for a quote. After discussing my requirements, it was clear to me that Alan is an experienced tiler with lots of knowledge. Communication was excellent and a week later he arrived on time, completed the job within the expected timeframe and cleaned up before leaving. I will contact Alan straight away the next time I need a tiler. Thanks Alan!
