Just had Chris and the team at CSP Electrical to due a complete re-wire of my home. Chris is a very polite and professional young man who turn up when he said he would to due the quote and the re-wire. We are over the moon at the quality of their work and the price. I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.

Excellent service from Scott. He quickly identified that the replacement shower I'd already purchased wasn't going to fit the existing pipework and electrics without significant work and recommend & then sourced a like for like replacement and fitted. Great service, recommended!

Steven arrived on time and did a brilliant job of fitting my new double plug, adding a new light fitting to my lounge ceiling and mounted and set up my tv on a wall and all for a reasonable price that we agreed in advance. He FaceTimed me in advance of the appt to visually understand my needs and the job. He was careful, ensured a good clean finish (important to me in a new build) and checked everything properly before leaving. I couldn’t fault anything he comes highly recommended by me. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

The service was excellent. The response to our request was prompt and the advice were were given about the required work was professional. Probuild handled all the planning aspects on our behalf and his workmen were polite, cheerful and above all really knew what they were doing. After they'd finished, they cleared away all the debris and left the area clean and tidy. Above all, the cost was reasonable and the job well-worth what we paid for. Highly recommended.

I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.
