Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Mark was the first to respond to the post for this job on Sunday, was here the next morning to quote and view the work, and as ever with an older property, it wasn't a straight forward job. Mark advised and sent me which parts were required for the job and came today (Saturday) to install the charger. Extremely friendly, trustworthy, tidy, and lastly but always importantly a reasonable price for fitting. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks.

Within minutes of posting my job Jonathan rang me to enquire if I still needed an electrician to update my smoke detectors & gave me a very competitive quote. I agreed & we arranged an evening appointment as this was my best time. He arrived the next evening as arranged on time & was polite & professional.
