Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. Fitted a brand new heating system for 5 bed house in a week, the plumber was really conscientious , dealt with unexpected problems sensibly and worked long hours to get the job done. Very reliable and good after care too.

An excellent service. Saab made the whole experience stress free. He took care of every detail of the job and communicated at every stage even out of office hours, never left you handling. Saab was flexible with appointments and stayed in communication before each visit. I am overseas landlord and were able to organise every with Saab with no problem. He is reliable and helpful. The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

John turned up to complete an electrical standards test of my kitchen within a few hours of me posting the job on Rated People which was great. He even managed to turn off the water for me when he discovered a leak from a toilet upstairs which was great as I wasn't at the property at the time. Cost was a little higher than I was expecting, but he was prompt and did everything he needed to do professionally.

I am Absolutely Delighted with the work that has been completed by Safehands Property Services. The job posted was a leaking shed roof, which was repaired very neatly and effectively. Since then Safehands have also completed levelling some land, laying slabs and bark chips. All work was done to a Very high standard.
