So so pleased with how Gordon & James completed the task of power washing driveway & back patio, weeded all flower beds, cut & scarified lawn, laid new seed etc. Can confidently recommend them.

Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. We had new patio laid and painting and decorating done within the house and all was finished to a very high standard.

Contacted Paul, turned up to inspect job when he said he would, returned for further discussion when we wanted to amend works. Arrived on the day to start work as planned. He and Daniel worked hard to replace drainage which proved no easy task due to age of our property. More than happy with service provided.

Job provided to (changing!) specifications, done in half a day and at a very satisfying price. CamKat did a very professional job and was a delight to have round the garden - very friendly and quick. Had half the job done in what seemed like no time at all! Without a shadow of a doubt he is highly recommended - the job was offered after one quick conversation and without hesitation. John assembled shoe rack, bookcase and toy kitchen, corrected cupboard that was assembled incorrectly by a previous joiner, put up photos, clock and mirror and door separators. He was courteous and friendly, worked away till job was done. Very happy with end result, will be calling him back for more work soon. Thanks again.
