Despite assuring me that he understood how to prune an apple tree, once the work started, it became very clear that William and his helper had no idea. I ended up with the tree a good outline shape but no effort had been made to reduce overlapping branches etc. that an experienced person would have been done. He continued to ignore my requests and we parted on very bad terms.

Tim and Adam arrived bang on time at 7:30 am. Very friendly and did exactly what we had agreed beforehand. He actually gave me a small reduction on the quoted price as he didn't use all the material he had quoted for. The job took longer than Tim had anticipated (some tricky carpentry required) but they worked on through to complete it in one day, as promised. They also cleared up nicely at the end and took away all the debris. Our summer house should now last another 20 years at least!

I recently hired a plumber Hughie ,from HYC plumbing to handle a leaking pipe. They were prompt professional and highly skilled. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. What stood out most was the stand out quality and attention to detail. There was clear communication and fair pricing. Hugie was very polite I appreciated his cleanliness, punctuality and transparency of explaining the costs! Milan and his team are currently 8 weeks through our building project, which includes removing two supporting walls, installing a new kitchen, windows, skylights and bifolding doors and autility room with toilet and shower. Although we still have a few weeks until the project is finished, we are very happy with the progress and worked carried out so far and find Milan and his team to be trust worthy, reliable and hard working.
