Jim and Sam replaced our fence perimeter around our house and added a shed base at the back. They did a great job. It was not an easy job but they took their time to make sure they got it just right. We had a full kitchen rip out and replaced. Raf did all the works professionally and gave advice on improvements on our kitchen design. Raf was able to do extra works such as lighting and floor laying as well as plastering plumbing electrics and painting. Our kitchen was completed within time and on budget. Joe gave me a quote for removal of 5 small stumps. He initially quoted £450 saying it was back breaking work and may take 2 days. I said I couldn't afford it he eventually agreed £300 I was still hesitant but he was very persuasive and went off to get his van and tools. He returned and within half an hour had dragged them out with his van, no backs broken. If he is experienced he knew that he would be able to do this. So I basically paid £600 an hour for a half hr job. Did also mend our chainsaw. Expensive

He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both.
