Brilliant Three people turned up on time and in a day and half, cleared a garden OVER 40' LONG AND TWELVE FOOT WIDE that hadn't been touched in SEVEN YEARS including two trees plus the back door area . Worked tirelessly to complete. The company who were removing all the debris from inside the house were so impressed that they took some cards from him for future work. Can’t recommend Lawrence highly enough. From the outset he kept me fully informed. He turned up exactly when he said he would. He did an excellent job bricking up and plastering internal doorway and repairing areas of lounge ceiling and wall. He left the area clean and tidy - even vacuuming before he left. Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

"Better way of building"
We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.

The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.
