Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

Reneco Tech carried out a full Electrical Condition Report (EICR) for our house prior to having existing, 30+ years old, fuse board replaced with a consumer unit. As a company we provide any heating and gas services. Boiler breakdowns, services, landlords certificates. All jobs are carried out expertly and to a high standard.
Very bad workmanship. Huge hole just left in wall where pipe went through. Had to have someone in to replaster and make good. Boiler now condemned for a second time in two years. Flue has gaping holes around it and the gas flow sample test point was left with no cap and then the replacement doesn't fit either. AA homeserve say it's the worst installation they have ever seen.

Replied to request posted within 30mins. Plumbers arrived the same day. Fixed both tap and toilet the same day. Couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved a couple of days later. Couldn’t fault communication. Would recommend this company and I will use again.
