Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.
