Very efficient and pleasant people. The work was carried out promptly and in about half the time estimated. Slightly messy digger tracks left but it started raining shortly before the end of job so marks were inevitable but thought they could have repaired them a bit before they left. Your website didn't offer all the tradesmen who contacted me. I ended up with Stephen Cornell of Heat Logic Ltd. He came on a Bank Holiday and gave me a proper quotation, outlining and explaining all the work he anticipated doing. He did an excellent, efficient job and was very professional. Best of all, his price was considerably lower than the unseen, over the phone quote I received from the other plumber on the website.
