First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Daniel was fantastic throughout the job (Garage conversion and bay window creation). He was friendly, approachable and hugely customer focussed. There were a few unexpected developments during the project but Daniel consistently ensured that we got the outcome we wanted rather than just a quick fix and regularly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The quality of the finish is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend DM Builds (and have already asked for quotes on some further jobs!)

Milan and his team are currently 8 weeks through our building project, which includes removing two supporting walls, installing a new kitchen, windows, skylights and bifolding doors and autility room with toilet and shower. Although we still have a few weeks until the project is finished, we are very happy with the progress and worked carried out so far and find Milan and his team to be trust worthy, reliable and hard working. Graham from start to finish carries out a very efficient and professional job. Popped out to quote and explain the work that needed to be done and then carried out the work in good time. Worktop was transformed back to new and looks stunning. Graham protected all surfaces throughout to avoid any damage and dust and tidied up perfectly afterwards. A fantastic job. Nice guy too!

Monta did all the work in my kitchen, that is plastering, full electric, plumbing, timber flooring and Ikea kitchen installation. All very well done despite lots of hurdles on the way which were caused by an old, derelict system in the kitchen. If you want someone who is super organised, clean and tidy, punctual and sticking to schedules, then Monta is probably your best choice despite not offering the lowest quote on the market. Communication with the main builder - Michael was exemplary and all was clear.
